Cancellation Policy

FOLLOWLY CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS WITH REGARDS TO LEARNERS & TEACHERS

These terms and conditions govern the Followly Learner Refund Policy, available to learners who book and pay for a workshop experience listed by a teacher through the Followly platform.

In all requests of cancellation, Followly have the right to grant refund or charge for any amount in accordance to the booking and teacher.

• Should a teacher make a workshop cancellation, the learner is eligible for a full refund of the total fee paid within a commercially reasonable amount of time of the cancellation.
• Should the learner cancel a workshop, the cancellation policy will be available on the workshop page. Each cancellation policy is subject to the teacher.
