Step 1

Create your Account and Feature your Arts Workshop with Followly - أنشئ حسابك وقم بتمييز ورشتك الفنية باستخدام فولولي.

Are you a workshop center conducting various workshops and hosting teachers? Perhaps you require a booking system to facilitate your arts workshops. Or maybe you are an individual artist teaching a workshop from your own creative space or studio.

To start your journey with Followly:

*Click “Sign up as Host” on our website to start showcasing your arts workshops that learners with a passion for Arts can find and book!

REGISTRATION FEE is KWD 10.

Simply create your account, fill in the registration form and include all relevant information. What “Arts” experiences do you specialize in? Tell us about yourself as an artist or a workshop center. What do you want learners to get out of your workshops? Where are you located and what is your schedule like? The more details about you, the better. Share your logo, slogan, social media accounts, photos and more. Then send your information our way.

We will make your workshops easily bookable!

Step 2

Wait for a Verification Email and Admin Approval - انتظر رسالة التحقق وموافقة المسؤول

The next step will be when you receive a welcoming email to verify your account, after which our admin will review along with your registeration form for approval. Sometimes, we will contact you for further details and even ask to pay you visit to observe your workshop and get to know you even better!

Step 3

Your Host Workshop Account - حساب ورشة عمل المضيف الخاص بك

As the main registered host of your workshop center or studio, you will be managing all workshops and teacher(s) under your account (whether you are teaching the class yourself from your creative place of work or inviting teachers/experts to your workshop center/company.)

Workshops can either be physical (practical from within your studio or workshop center) or conducted virtually live through a third party app.

Please note that we need 1-2 week prior notice for the final approval process of your workshops. This is because we need to get to know your workshop schedule in advance to plan everything out accordingly (applicable marketing, quality checks, and getting your profiles and pages ready to go!)

يمكن للورش أن تكون إما مادية (عملية) أو يتم إجراؤها فعليًا عبر تطبيق تابع لجهة خارجية.

-تجدر الإشارة إلى أننا نحتاج إلى إشعار مُسبق لمدة أسبوع إلى أسبوعين للحصول على الموافقة النهائية على ورشتك الخاصة، وذلك لأننا نحتاج إلى التعرف على الجدول الزمني للورشة مسبقًا من أجل التخطيط لكل شيء وفقًا لذلك

التسويق المعمول به، وعمليات التحقق من الجودة، وإعداد الملفات الشخصية والصفحات

Step 4

Your Dashboard - لوحة التحكم الخاصة بك

When you access your dashboard you will have access to the following segments:

Step 1: Building your main Host profile as the account manager

-Tell us about yourself (as a workshop center/organization/or aspiring artist)

Step 2: Adding yourself as a teacher or adding several teachers and profile for each.

-Who are the teachers conducting your workshops? Tell use more about them! Or perhaps you are the teacher yourself.

Step 3: Adding workshop(s)

Add as many types of workshops as you like spanning several categories in the Arts, and assign a teacher to each. You can also upload images to your our image slideshow.

You will have access to view your settlement report, booker demographics, manage your workshop page editing board, profile builder, and much more.

As Followly, we can assist in setting up your page by manually adding information for you, helping you select the best images and generating the creative writing required to make your page as attractive as possible. We will have access to manage all these details with you as well.

Step 6

Using Followly Website - استخدام موقع فولولي

On the front page when you click on the little person icon at the top right, you can access your public profile, dashboard, and messages from users (learners).

You can also check your workshop reviews and read about learners' experiences with you.

Sometimes, we will ask you to be featured on our blog. This includes interviews with you as an artist, one of your teachers if you're a workshop center, sharing workshop tips & tricks, Q&A’s and much more in the world of Arts (you provide the information, we write the content).

Step 8

Commission Fees & Annual Subscription Packages - الخطوة الثامنة

In order to support you through our marketing efforts and to maintain our platform services, we have a set of Standard Booking Fees and Subscription Packages.

Standard booking fees:

-Individual artists conducting practical/physical hands-on Arts workshops from within their studios/creative places of work OR a workshop company hosting several workshops and teachers:

*A fee of 15% from the total price per workshop booking made through our website will go to Followly General Trading Co.

-For live-streaming online courses booked via Followly and conducted through a third party application (e.g ZOOM)

* A fee of 10% from the total price per workshop booking made will be applicable.

Your Workshops will be Categorized - سيتم تصنيف ورشك الخاصة

Followly's slogan is "The Art of things".

We feature an array of practical (in-studio) and virtual, live Arts workshops available for bookings. These workshops are categorized in Visual Arts, Culinary Arts, Floral Arts, Applied & Decorative Arts, Digital Arts, Performance Arts, and pretty much the art of everything!

With a growing arts community, you will give learners and art lovers the opportunity to nurture their skills in the art form and hand craft you are teaching from within your own creative space.

As Followly, we promote artists and their work, support the connection between artist teacher and learner, as well as offer a platform for the buying and selling of art.
