Hello,
My name is Eman Shehata and I am a 34-year old art hobbyist from Egypt, currently based in Kuwait.
I studied business administration at the Arab Open University in 2013.
My love for art started with my late father, a former graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts from Alexandria University. I began to pick up art as a kid, and my father was the first person to inspire me to pursue this passion. At the time I couldn't access the faculty by father attended. However, he told me that I had potential and needed some more practice and guidance in the field. From that day on, he taught me the basic principles of art.
Since I was born in Kuwait and currently reside here, I started to gather my knowledge of art via youtube videos by famous artists. I have also taken several courses in Kuwait to improve my skills.
I hope to share my passion for art with art hobbyists and beginners alike. I mainly work with charcoal and oil paints to draw portraits and landscapes.

-Participated in the the Fine Art Institute Expo at Hamra Tower in 2018 and 2019
-Two courses with art tutor Anwar Khursheid
